All our employees enjoy access to dynamic career opportunities across different fields and industries.Join us and Make an Impact.We have an opportunity for a Finance Analyst to join our CORP team in Bucharest.  As Senior financial analyst you shall be a valuable business partner, ensuring value creation and support the PPE GBE.Finance Analyst responsibilities:      Drive, review and back up for month close processes by ensuring the entity’s financial transactions are properly accounted for and correctly reported through HFM on a US GAAP basis, in accordance with Honeywell accounting policies.; f.e. monthly accruals, booking and reconciliation of sales between HSPE and Commissioner, allocation by LOB in HSPE and reconcile with COGS commissioner, timely preparation of Journal Vouchers, determine and submit I/C recharges,  follow-up and drive resolution of any issues related to month close activities.       Partnership with Controllership and COTA to ensure operational efficiencies and transparency and timing of financial results. ·        Ensure accurate and Timely booking of I/C recharges in conjunction with controllership         Understand any balance sheet exposures and ensure inclusion in forecasts and outlooks        Calculate monthly accruals as required to ensure accurate financials       Owns and maintain the SOP (standard Operating Procedures) for the Country activities Other accounting and finance duties where required; f.e. provide codding to AP team for external/I/C invoices, liaise with COTA / Controllership / Regional and global Finance Centre       Producing reports that enable continuous measurement and optimization of all key aspects of the business        Proactively identifying, communicating, and reporting P&L and balance sheet exposure mattersParticipate in the AOP/Forecast cycles      Partner with SBG Controllers to address in-country legal entity change management needs, including acquisitions, divestitures, site closures and core business processes migrations. Qualifications:Bachelor Degree – Finance/Accounting, Business Administration and others Fluent English writing & speaking skills required  Knowledge of SAP and Hyperion, use of Business Object Advanced use of MS Office, especially Excel (but also Access)We offer:Medical planBudget for flexible benefit scheme which can be used for travel, sports, dental scheme, and othersBusiness Travel Accident InsuranceVoluntary defined contributory pension planMeal allowanceA culture that fosters inclusion, diversity and innovationMarket specific training and on-going personal developmentIf this is your dream role, then we'd love to hear from you.We are an equal opportunity employer and value diversity at our company.
