:We’re looking for someone to join our Accounting team, you’ll be working with and alongside talented and passionate people around the world. We are looking for a highly accountable, flexible individual, who is technically excellent, works hard, can nurture productive working relationships, and operate with a considerable degree of autonomy.Be a part of a team where you will: Develop and/or maintain insightful management reports and analysis of overall company performance on the relevant dimensions and provide professional advice in relation to operational performance Gather input from the commercial & operations departments and translate & adjust them into budgets, forecasts and long term plans, defining and monitoring financial & operational targets to steer the performance of the Company Prepare budgets, forecasts and long range plan set of financial & operational statements standalone and consolidated Performance management related to deviations versus plan Business partnering to Senior management in financial and operations matters Take part in the month end closing process from adjustments to the production of management reporting & accounting (P&L, BS) Investigate the reasons for differences between the planned and actual results, highlighting to superior management impact on the business Maintain the budgeting existing systems, improve and update tools and data flow Continuous development and update of business planning models based on current and expected developments of the business Actively collaborate with your colleagues and learn from each other in a supportive environment that allows you to grow, develop and make a difference You have: Bachelor's degree in accounting/finance (ACCA/CPA Certification would be considered an advantage) 5+ years accounting experience in a similar position Experience of working in E-commerce or FMCG industry Advanced MS Excel Skills (pivot tables, sumifs, vlookup, Charts etc) & Google Workspace Knowledge of the English language (advanced) Analytical and problem-solving skills Excellent organizational skills High levels of professionalism, initiative, energy, creativity and flexibility An empathetic, inclusive and curious attitude We are always looking for the best candidates, so if you think you would be a good fit even if you don't meet 100% of the requirements we would love to hear from you!Experience our Glovo Life benefits: Enticing equity plan (if applicable) Top-notch private health insurance Monthly Glovo credit to spend on our restaurant products and zero delivery fee on all Glovo orders!
