About the Team Hiring You will be part of the Finance team which is a very international group with members in UK, France, Spain, Italy, Poland, US, and Canada. Finance Team, Romania Our Team is responsible for the processing of financial transactions; We are the gatekeeper of the Audited Annual Financial Statements We oversee Cash Management (A/P, A/R, etc.) in compliance with Corporate Group Policies and local regulations. We maintain a low DSO. We report monthly to the Group respecting the deadlines and perform analysis to explain the results vs budget.We are supporting the local business and work with all the functions (Sales, Order Operations, Tech, etc.). Our role is to help the Country managers to drive the business with KPI’s definitions in order for him to make the best decisions to grow and achieve the country target Overview The Finance Intern will assist our finance department in daily financial operations and activities. This is an excellent opportunity for a student or recent graduate to apply their academic knowledge in a real-world business setting, while learning from experienced professionals in the finance industry. Key Responsibilities: · Support the accounts payable and receivable processes by verifying and processing invoices, expense reports. · Assist in reconciling bank statements and monthly financial records. · Assist in variance analysis. · Assist in preparing presentations and reports for stakeholders. · Participate in ad-hoc projects and tasks as assigned by the finance team. What is nice to have done already: o Experience using any Finance software. Qualifications · Ability to learn new environments and be passionate about financr. · Strong analytical, quantitative, and problem-solving skills. · Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and other MS Office applications. · Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. · Attention to detail and high level of accuracy. · Fluent English Speaking is required for all roles at Graitec as enabling the team to collaborate WW!
