Role description

Manage and coordinate various types of master data activities for Nokia:

 Main tasks:

·Driving harmonization project between fALU and fNokia project/CC MD creation process

·In Data/Process governance model act as a data steward (FPRA/R2R): coordinate whole E2E MD process from the creation in ERP to the end in reporting systems (REdobx, HFM)

·participating in MDG project (defining requirements, testing)

·Participate in Finance Core Phase1/ 2: Clean-up activities, Process, concept changes, testing

·Responsible for maintaining different MD Governance tools

·Coordinating internal & external stakeholders of E2E MD processes

·Supporting operational team with providing details for creating MD objects and mappings between different ERP systems

·Active participation in Cost centre creation support , maintenance support ,reorg, Hierarchy maintenance, data correctness & interface support in P10.

·Support creation of Profit centre Creation and maintenance

·Support creation of Internal Order Creation and maintenance

·Responsible to closely align with the Process Owners in order to facilitate & advise on everything that is required about MD in their process.

· Improve quality of service for NOKIA

· Continuous interaction with business partners to ensure end-to end process efficiency

· Actively participate in development project deployments

·Ensure that all controls are in place to secure quality, efficiency and timeliness of data processing

· Provides improvement areas and efficiency gains

· Coordinates cut off activities

· Ensures process harmonization with other teams

· Actively takes part in organizing new ways of working in NOKIA

· Support internal and external audits

· Ensure SOX compliance

Qualifications

·University or college degree in economics or related field

·3-5 year experience in accounting

·Good knowledge of common concepts/accounting principles

·Excel macro skills are an advantage

·Experience with SAP FI module

·Literacy in Microsoft Office

·Fluent written and spoken command of English is a must
