Financial Analyst in Bucuresti

Description:MAIN RESPONSIBILITIES: (Key Results areas)The Financial Analyst is responsible for providing support to several accounts. The role is to support the accounts and the Industry Finance teams to establish and maintain comprehensive financial support to finance managers & business and delivery managers, based on contractual obligations and approved budgets. The financial analyst is responsible to help drive the month-end close processes, coordinate reporting and contribute to planning, forecast and trend analysis. He / she will be involved with improving processes and working on various projects.OTHER RESPONSIBILITIES:The responsibilities include: Financial Management · Execute Finance Month End Close processes · Provide P&L reporting, variance analysis, estimates · Support monthly forecasting process for the account · Support annual budget planning process for the account · Determine revenue recognition and revenue planning for the account · Lead / Participate to improvement projects to streamline finance and business processes within the account · Maintain master data in financial systems for the account · Manage various ad hoc analysis and requests Liaison with · Account Business teams · Account Delivery teams · EMEA & Country Business Finance teams · Country Financial Planning and Analysis (FP&A) team · Country Sales Finance team · Country Controllership Finance team · Country Order to Cash (O2C) team Financial Analyst explains & elaborates to all stakeholders the financial state of the accounts and becomes a trusted financial advisor to the business.JOB REQUIREMENTS:(Knowledge, skills, experience)Qualifications · In depth financial knowledge (finance policies, procedures, processes, tools) with preferably 4+ years of experience in finance or accounting roles, especially in services / project business and/or commercial agreements. · First level university degree with a focus in business or economics. · Excellent computer skills in general, especially Excel. · Able to work independently and take initiative. · Strong analytical skills · Ability to meet deadlines (handle stress associated with tight deadlines). · Ability to act in the face of uncertainty. · Flexibility with working hours. · International business exposure, working in a multi-cultural environment requires and global organizations. · Excellent team player in multi country teams with very good interpersonal and communication skills. · Fluent in English and Italian (verbal and written).
