Responsibilities Projects creation, invoices issuing and follow up with clients, suppliers and partners, as needed;Performing month end close activities for the projects from the assigned portfolio (revenue and cost reconciliation, data quality checking, discrepancies reporting);Participating in monthly meetings with project managers to present projects` KPIs (revenues, costs, gross margin, no. of FTEs, etc.);Performing all necessary checks, to make sure all administrated projects are in accordance to Expleo's internal policies and procedures;Providing administrative support to all collaborators working on the assigned portfolio of projects;Collecting and reviewing data for reports;Creating both standard and custom reports, conduct costs analyses and explain gross margin variancesAssisting Financial Controllers to produce weekly, monthly or ad-hoc reports;Ensuring appropriate financial documentations is available for internal audit;Communicating closely with other departments (HR, Accounting, International Mobility Service, etc.) Qualifications Good knowledge of Microsoft Office, especially Excel;Autonomy, attention to details, sense of urgency;High level of accuracy, efficiency and excellent analytical skills;Strong communication and collaboration skills;High flexibility and ability to work with limited supervision;Good level of English Benefits Meal VouchersPrivate medical insurance Performance bonusEaster and Christmas bonusEmployee referral bonusBookster subscription Work from home options depending on projectVarious discounts (7Card, Lensa, World Class & more Options Sorry the Share function is not working properly at this moment.
