Financial analyst with French in Bucuresti

Responsibilities • Process invoices and follow up with clients, suppliers and partners as needed• Provide administrative support for the assigned projects• Ensuring the accuracy of data introduced in the ERP system• Ensures that financial and administrative rules are followed by the employees• Collecting and reviewing data for reports• Reporting discrepancies• Activities during month and month end closing• Participating in monthly meetings with project managers to present projects` KPIs (revenues, costs, gross margin, nbr of FTEs, etc)• Communicate with several departments (HR, Accounting, International Mobility Service, etc)• Create both standard and custom reports, conduct costs analyses and explain gross margin variances• Assist Financial Controllers to produce weekly and monthly as well as ad-hoc reports• Prepare appropriate financial documentations to support internal auditing• Ensure the reliability and traceability of financial data• Work in compliance with company policies and procedures Qualifications • Ability to demonstrate initiative and curiosity;• Autonomy, organization and orientation to details;• High level of accuracy, efficiency and excellent analytical skills;• Communication and relational skills;• High flexibility and ability to work with limited supervision;• Mastering Excel tool, good knowledge of other Microsoft Office tools;• Good level of French.
