Financial Controller in Bucuresti

Your role:The FP&A specialist for Consulting, Strategy and Transactions (CSaT) will be the key interface between the finance function, opeartions, the service line leader (SLL) and partners. You will help the SLL to manage the business by providing insights into financial information which can be used to drive performance improvement, and will support monthly control and planning processes to ensure effective management of the service line. You will add measurable value to buisness leaders by addressing their priorities, including: Management of order backlog and pipeline Preparation of monthly partner dashboard report Support the budgeting process, both in preparation and monitoring activities Participates in monthly, quarterly and yearly financial forecasts Designing, developing and implementing effective controlling tools and procedures Preparing financial reports/presentations for the management team highlighting issues Running specific financial reports and ad hoc analysis Requirements: 3-5 years of relevant work experience in controlling and reporting Experience of driving improvement in FP&A processes and controls University Degree (preferably Business Administration, Economics or Financials and Accounting) Advanced knowledge of MS Office (Excel-create dashboards, pivot, financial formulas, PowerPoint) Strong attention to detail, structured mindset with the ability to create high quality outputs Excellent problem solving, facilitation skills Proven ability to engage, manage and build relationships Fluent written and spoken English
