The topics ofdigitalization and simulations support us in planning for the future and inimplementation.The Finance function in a corporate environment is becomingincreasingly strategic, technology-driven, and focused on providing insights tosupport the business decision-making.We are looking for a Controller for our Finance Team!Financial Controller BUZIASThis is a role well suited to an ambitiousprofessional, looking for the next step in their career. As a Financial Controller,you will be responsible for: Monthlyclosing and reporting for Finance related topics; Contributingto financial planning, budgeting, reporting and audits;Ensuringthe reliability of information in a timely and substantiated manner forFinancial planning and budgeting including monthly Financial Forecast;Performingyearly cost calculation for Factory manufactured products;In-depthanalysis of factory KPIs and factory cost centers;Interfacewith the other operational areas of the factory and with the finance team;Preparationof reports for factory management;Analyze,reconcile and bridge as well as drive productivity initiatives to bring costreductions;Closecooperation and communication with Group partners around the globe;Dataextraction from different tools/systems (e.g. SAP) and their consolidation andanalysis as well as developing, automate and maintaining reporting templates;Monitorand implement plant internal controls (in conjunction with corporate policies)as necessary to ensure reporting integrity, safeguard company assets, andidentify risks.What youneed to make real what matters: Youare skilled graduate and have at least 3 years of experience in controlling oraccounting;Knowledgeof SAP is mandatory as well as strong MS Excel skills;Yourecognize digitization as an opportunity and productivity driver; working withlatest technology and be willing to learn about new software and hardwaresolutions like Power BI; Youcan use English on business level;Youhave strong analytical skills; you are detailed oriented and enjoy working withlarge dataset;Youare willing to learn and open-minded;Youare strong team player.What we offer:Companytransport from Timisoara and Lugoj;Posibillityfor remote work 2 days/week;Inaddition to exciting work opportunities, we place special emphasis on a healthywork-life balance; continuous learning and development of our employees isimportant to us - we believe this is key to our success.Make yourmark in our exciting world as Siemens!Diversity at Siemens is our source of creativity and innovation.Having different types of talent and experiences makes us more results-orientedand better prepared to respond efficient to the demands of the Society.Therefore, we value the candidates that reflect the Diversity that we enjoy inour Company.
