Financial Controller - Oradea - hybrid work in Oradea

For our client, a global company operating in the manufacturing sector, with focus to grow and to maintain high quality standards, we are searching for an experienced, organized, analytical and detail-oriented candidate with strong collaboration and communication skills, to join the Controlling Team as a Financial Controller with SAP background. Financial Controller You will be responsible for: · monitoring and analyzing the cost variations against the plan/forecast/ previous years · preparation of monthly, quarterly, annual forecasts/plans · preparation of the monthly reports, analyses, calculation of indicators · monitoring the investment plan, analyzing variations against the plan/forecast, calculation of indicators · calculate accurately and on time the standard cost of finished / semi-finished products in SAP · analyses the variation of the cost of production compared with the standard · execute month-end closing transactions according to the closing schedule · executes month-end reports (P&L, margin report, quality report, sales, costs, investments, etc) and provides support to other departments for reports with controlling data · executes other reports and analysis at request · material master data updates requested by the material master data coordinator · prepares the annual budget according to the guidelines and list of specific activities · prepares the forecasts quarterly according to the guidelines and list of specific activities · participates in the issuing of internal accounting/financial procedures related to the area of activity · calculates the cost and prices for different services · provides support and closely collaborates with the finance and colleagues from other departments (production, logistic, maintenance, sales, quality, HR, etc) regarding the planning process and the fit of expenses in the plan · participates in the financial audit for the area of activity · collects data for the preparation of the investment plan, monitors its realization, issues necessary reports and communicates the status of investments to the departments involved · participate at the annual physical inventory · other tasks related to the Controlling area Requirements: · Long-term higher education in economics · Proven work experience of 2-4 years in a similar role with background in manufacturing company · Advanced knowledge of SAP FI-CO module · Good knowledge of MS Office, particularly Excel – functions and formulas for financial analysis · Advanced English language.
