Your future role Join us as a Financial Planning&Analysis Specialist within our Operational Team and gain international experience in our Regional Audit Delivery Center. While doing so, you join a fast-growing work environment that offers unmatched learning opportunities, international exposure, and a great opportunity to develop your skills and take part to great international and local projects along with our Senior Leadership Team. -Data Collection and Management oGather Data: Collect data from various sources, including data bases, spreadsheets, and other internal systems oData Quality Assurance: Ensure the accuracy, completeness, and consistency of collected data oData Storage: Organize and store data efficiently for easy retrieval and analysis -Data Analysis oAnalyze Data : Perform detailed data analysis to identify trends, patterns, and insights oStatistical Techniques: Use statistical methods to interpret data and validate findings -Report Creation oDesign Reports: Design and create standard and custom reports based on organizational needs oVisualizations: Use data visualization tools to present data in a clear and meaningful way (e.g., Charts, graphs, dashboards) oSummarize Findings: Provide concise summaries and insights derived from data analysis -Reporting Tools and Software oUtilize Tools: Use reporting and business intelligence tools (e.g., Excel, SQL, Power BI) to create and automate reports oMaintain Systems: Ensure reporting systems and tools are up to date and functioning correctly -Collaboration and Communication oWork with Stakeholders: Collaborate with different departments to understand reporting needs and deliver actionable insights oPresent Data: Communicate findings to stakeholders through presentations, meeting, and written reports oProvide Training: Train staff on how to use reporting tools and interpret data effectively -Compliance and Confidentiality oEnsure Compliance: Adhere to data governance and compliance standards, ensuring all reports meet regulatory requirements oMaintain Confidentiality: Safeguard sensitive information and ensure data privacy -Continuous Improvement: oOptimize FP&A Processes: Map and analyze current financial planning and analysis processes, implement lean techniques to eliminate inefficiencies, and lead 6 Sigma projects to improve data accuracy and reduce financial forecasting errors. oTrack FP&A Performance: Develop and maintain performance metrics for budgeting, forecasting, and reporting. Conduct regular audits to ensure accuracy and benchmark against industry standards. oManage FP&A Projects and Risks: Plan and execute FP&A improvement projects, identifying and mitigating risks to ensure timely and successful outcomes. oFoster a CI Culture within FP&A: Deliver CI training tailored for the FP&A team, support change management efforts to adapt to new financial systems and processes, and promote a continuous improvement mindset. oCollaborate and Communicate in FP&A: Engage with stakeholders from finance and other departments, facilitate the sharing of best practices, and leverage technology like automation and data analytics to enhance financial planning and analysis. -Support Decision Making oProvide Insights: Offer actionable insights and recommendations based on data analysis to support strategic decision-making oScenario Analysis: Perform scenario and what-if analyses to aid in forecasting and planning -Ad Hoc Reporting oRespond to Requests: Create ad-hoc reports as requested by management and other stakeholder oQuick Turnaround: Ensure timely delivery of ad-hoc reporting requests -Documentation oDocument Procedures: Maintain documentation of reporting processes, methodologies and data sources oUser Guides: Develop and update guides and manuals for reporting tools and systems What we offer • Working in a multinational, diverse environment with Deloitte professionals from across Europe • Extensive training and personal development opportunities with the possibility of acquiring external qualifications • Your work and advice can make an impact on how Deloitte works globally • Inclusive culture
