We are currently recruiting skilled professionals for various food service and warehouse support positions to support our ongoing operations across Germany. Location: Various locations across Germany (deployment based on project requirements) Open Positions DFAC Manager Sous Chef Cook Warehouseman Food Service Worker General Requirements for All Positions Applicants must be citizens of an EU member state Fluent English is required (German or additional languages are a plus) A valid passport, good health, and no criminal record are essential Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced, military environment Security vetting clearance for U.S. base access is necessary Medically fit and ready for screening Position Descriptions DFAC Manager Leads and oversees the dining facility’s daily operations, ensuring adherence to food safety, hygiene, and customer service standards. Key Responsibilities: Manage all aspects of DFAC operations, ensuring quality standards Supervise kitchen and support staff, ensuring effective shift management Develop and manage staff schedules, ensuring adequate coverage Maintain high cleanliness and food safety standards Provide daily operational reports and liaise with project leadership Sous Chef Assists the DFAC Manager in kitchen operations, managing food preparation, and leading the kitchen staff during service. Key Responsibilities: Supervise food preparation and ensure quality and hygiene standards Lead stock rotation and kitchen cleanliness Support and train junior kitchen staff to maintain operational standards Cook Prepares meals, ensuring food safety and quality standards are met. Key Responsibilities: Handle meal prep and manage serving lines efficiently Ensure cleanliness and safety standards are followed in food preparation areas Work in collaboration with the kitchen team to ensure timely meal service Warehouseman Supports the warehouse operations by handling food and supply inventory. Key Responsibilities: Manage incoming stock and organize it efficiently Maintain a safe and organized work environment Assist in preparing orders and facilitating timely distribution Food Service Worker Assists in food preparation, serving, and maintaining a clean and organized dining environment. Key Responsibilities: Assist in food preparation, including chopping, slicing, and assembling ingredients according to recipes and portion guidelines. Set up food stations and serving areas, ensuring they are clean, organized, and stocked with necessary supplies. Serve meals to customers with a friendly and customer-focused approach, following proper portion control and presentation standards. Maintain a clean and sanitary work environment, including cleaning and sanitizing food preparation areas, utensils, and equipment. Follow food safety and hygiene regulations, including proper food storage, handling, and temperature control.
