Providing a full suite of solutions – records and information management, data management, digital solutions, data centers and secure destruction – Iron Mountain enables organizations to lower storage costs, comply with regulations, recover from disaster, and protect their data and assets from a complex world.Visit the company website at www.ironmountain.com for more information.Primary purpose of the role:Promote the strategic growth and development of the Core business branch in the cluster with respect to financial management, financial support to the business units (General Managers, Operation Managers) and business analysis.Responsible for management information, perform analysis and projections, support business planning processes and drive continuous improvement of business performance.Work for the Central and Southern Europe cluster which includes Cyprus, Greece, Bulgaria, Romania, Hungary, Serbia, Croatia, the Czech Republic, Slovakia, Baltics and Ukraine (13 Countries).Key accountabilities:Oversee pre close Financials and propose corrective adjustments when required, supporting the Control & Accounting team and the billing team.Understand the monthly results and provide robust communication on performance vs Budget (Flash report)Lead planning cycles, supported by forecast templates (Opex & Capex).Ensure MYP is supported by detailed resourcing planning and appropriate commercial Target settingSupport Real Estate strategy to maximise long term profitability through regional consolidations, aligned with growth trajectory, and utilisation of dense racking solutions.Provide consistent reporting to enhance understanding and aid decision making (Projects outlook, Book to Bill, Margin Deep Dive and Activity vs Headcount).Understand risk analysis, review and provide recommendations for business process changes necessary to address risks of financial misstatement.
