FP&A Manager in Bucuresti

FP&A Manager - £90K - (FTSE ) Hybrid/West London On Europe best known high tech manufacturing companies requires an experience FP&A Manager. This company are truly international with operation in over countries. This position will join their UK Commercial Finance FP&A team to deliver and improve the 5 year business plan. The FP&A Manager will overhaul the processes across the budgeting, forecasting and performance controlling to improve efficiency and accuracy. Key responsibilities:Lead the delivery of the business plan, budgeting an monthly forecasting.Managed and develop a team of Analysts, co-ordinating their responsibilities.Working closely with Senior Management and Commercial Partners.Review and critically assess performance against budget plans, and forecasts with recommendations and actions, ensuring all KPI's are met.Undertake pricing and evaluation of leasing opportunities. Key requirements:Excellent financial modelling skills, numeric and analytical skills.Strong mathematical background.Ability to clearly and succinctly present complex and technical issues to a range of stakeholders.Experience in handling large volumes of data and highly proficient in Excel.Experienced working within a complex/international organisation is critical and preferably within Financial Services.Quick to uncover complex problems.Accounting Qualification. This role is paying up to £90, per annum and working in a hybrid model with their office being in West London near to Heathrow.
