Position overview:• This position is vacant for a limited period, with the purpose of replacing a maternity leave.• Providing clear, timely and accurate financial analysis, supporting the budgeting and forecasting process.• Maintenance of an adequate system of accounting records, and a comprehensive set of controls and budgets designed to mitigate risk, enhance the accuracy of the company's reported financial results and adherence to group policies.• Collaboration and liaison with internal budget owners, outsource partners/ shared service centers and external audit.• Drive for standardization and improvements in Process and Reporting across the Country• Technical accounting expert in both local GAAP and US GAAP Key responsibilities:• Actively supports, supervises and coordinates for timely and accurate P&L, ZBB, Capex, Working Capital, Cash Flow and PACC reporting for budget, forecast and actuals. Provide relevant explanations for variances by driving factors.• Leads the Actual P&L reporting, management reporting and comparison with budget, past year and prior latest estimate and reconciliation between SAP, T&R, BPC and provide relevant explanations for the main variances by P&L line and driving factor.• Provides support to Commercial departments, Supply, Procurement, Legal, Finance, HR, IT, Corporate affairs, Zone People department, external and internal audit in deep dive and costs analysis and in budgeting process, forecasting and monthly analyses. Establish challenges by ZBB Package and sub-package, Working Capital and Operational Cash Flow and ensures delivery of the targets.• Leads the communication and coordination with GBS team, provide relevant feedback on changes, ensure timely and complete cascade of the relevant information to GBS team, provide induction and transfer of the relevant knowledge to new GBS team members, write flows and procedures and actively look for efficiencies within activities and processes.• Coordinates the preparation and consolidates Country performance review presentation set of reports and provides Country management with timely and clear view on main performance KPIs together with Commercial and Supply Finance departments.• Leads Capital Approval Request and preparation of the Business Cases and supports the business with relevant explanations about the profitability of the Capex projects.• Active support of processes for changes & updates of accounting, reporting, SOX and operational procedures.• Leads Royalty calculation ABI and ICO Royalty, Excise reconciliation and calculation, Depreciation and Amortization by P&L line and D&A Cars calculation AOP and LE.• Prepares ad hoc reports, calculations & analyzes related to commercial, supply, procurement projects and initiatives. Requirements:• Finance, Accounting or Economics Degree• Understanding of Financial Planning, Performance analysis and Reporting, Management reporting, US GAAP and Statutory Reporting• ACCA or equivalent qualification is an advantage• Experience of at least 5 years in a similar position• Able to work with statistical and financial analysis tolls• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills• Good communication skills and customer oriented• Able to deal with tight deadlines• Fluent in English, both verbal and written• SAP experience is an advantage At Molson Coors we seek diversity.
