If you accept a position at this hotel you will be employed by a franchisee and not by Marriott International.   JOB SUMMARY   We are searching for a committed, proactive F&B Manager who would enjoy working in an exciting, fastpaced environment. The F&B Manager will ensure that guests are receiving excellent drinks, food, and service. You will also manage inventory and resources, ensure that quality and safety controls are followed, manage team members, and set business objectives to increase profits and maximize guest satisfaction.  Objective of the Position ensure that longterm and shortterm goals of all F&B operations are met. To direct and manage all food & beverage activities to maximize food & beverage revenue, profitability and quality, to provide quality service and products to guests.  All activities to be in line with the hotel’s guidelines and business plan, the division’s business plan, and hotel’s guidelines and service concepts.   JOB REQUIRIMENTS    Management experience in a similar position, preferably in a starts hotel. Strong understanding of business management and accounting principles. Excellent computer, problemsolving, and customer service skills. Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills. Ability to diffuse tense situations and resolve conflicts. Effectively delegate responsibilities and maximize resources.
