Responsibilities: Customer Support: Provide excellent customer service to French-speaking clients via phone, email, and live chat. Address and resolve customer inquiries, concerns, and issues promptly and professionally, ensuring a positive customer experience. Travel Assistance: Help customers with their travel plans, including booking flights, hotels, and other travel-related services. Provide accurate information about destinations, travel regulations, and policies. Problem Resolution: Troubleshoot and resolve issues related to bookings, cancellations, and other travel-related concerns. Work with internal teams to ensure a seamless resolution process. Customer Relationship Management: Build and maintain strong relationships with customers to ensure their ongoing satisfaction and loyalty. Requirements: Language Skills: Fluent in French (both written and spoken). Proficient in English (minimum B2 level). Skills: Strong attention to detail and the ability to work accurately and efficiently in a fast-paced environment. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. Strong problem-solving abilities and a proactive approach to customer service. Experience: Prior experience in customer service, travel industry, or a related field is advantageous but not required.
