Responsibilities: -Handling customer inquiries through various channels such as inbound phone, email, live chat, ticketing system, etc. -Offering detailed information about products, services, policies, and procedures. -Work in a service desk setting involving spoken and written communication in French. -Identifying and resolving customer issues or complaints promptly and effectively. -Other language-related tasks as may be defined and assigned from time to time Qualifications: -Previous experience in a customer support role (1 year minimum) -Good English and French communication skills  -Strong phone and verbal communication skills along with active listening  -Familiarity with CRM systems and practices  -Customer focus and adaptability to different personality types  -Ability to multitask, set priorities and manage time effectively  -A suitable environment for taking phone calls and a personally-owned PC or laptop with a minimum of 50 Mbps upload & download speed. Position Details:  This is a Seasonal position. The tentative contract terms are from November 2024 - March 2025.
