Front End Developer - Design Systems in Bucuresti

A long-established technology company, focusing on digital platforms and transformation within the insurance industry, are seeking an experienced Frontend Developer with a passion for UI to join their Design and Development team.Working within a multidisciplinary technology team, this role will be at the forefront of designing and developing user-friendly web applications. With a focus on user friendly experiences, you will collaborate with and support the UX team while also contribute to the full SDLC. The right person will strive to bridge the gap between development and design.The Role:Work with UX designers and development teams to create user focused web applications.Use a range of technologies such as Figma, Bootstrap, Typescript, Angular and more.Be part of the full software development life cycle, from project planning to deployment and maintenance.Maintain the discipline required to fit with ISO status.Support and mentor junior developers.The Requirements:Proven experience in a Front End developer role or similar with a focus on UI/UX.Passion for designing and implementing UI.Experience managing and improving Design Systems.Good knowledge in Bootstrap, Typescript and Angular.Exposure to UI Design and Prototyping Tools such as: Figma, Sketch, Adobe XD, etc.Proficient working with APIs and JSON data.Solid comprehension of API based development.Ability to design and refactor complex user interfaces.Able to commute to their central London office on a hybrid basis.The Overview:Up to £75, depending on experience.Full time permanent, hybrid role.London based office.8% Pension.Discretionary bonus.Private medical and 4x life insurance.If you're an experienced Frontend Developer with the relevant experience in user interface and user experience, looking for an exciting new challenge and opportunity to further your career with a long established technologies company, we are keen to hear from you - please apply!
