Mission You'll work closely with the design team, product management, and development teams to create elegant, usable, responsive and interactive interfaces across multiple devicesDetermining the structure and design of web pagesEnsuring user experience determines design choicesDeveloping features to enhance the user experienceStriking a balance between functional and aesthetic designWrite reusable code and libraries (with matching documentation) to a standard which makes it quick and easy to maintain the code in the futureCollaborate with back-end developers and web designers to improve usabilityDiscuss with the Product Owner to define the implementation with the best value/effort ratioDevelops and document the Stories of the Sprint with other team membersCreate automated tests (unit, api, integration, function) in a continuous integration environmentEnsure that the best practices are in place in accordance with the Lead Developer guidance and promotes new onesOptimizing web pages for maximum speed and scalabilityMaintaining brand consistency throughout designLead for team and other discussions of technical solutions and product ideas in design reviews, pair programming, and code review Profile Proven work experience as a Front-end REACT developer ( 5 years +)In-depth understanding of the entire web development process (design, development, and deployment)Profound knowledge of HTML5 and CSS3Expert proficiency in TypeScriptA high level of proficiency with JavaScript frameworks such as ReactSolid experience in using a complex REST API from the client-sideGood understanding of code versioning tools, such as Git, Mercurial, or SVNGood understanding of asynchronous request handling and partial page updatesGood experience with state management and good understanding of reactive stateSignificant experience of debuggingSome exposure to Continuous Integration/Delivery pipeline for cloud, including SonarQube, Docker, etc.Strong knowledge of Python and experience working with Python frameworks like Django or FlaskStrong communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to work effectively in a team environment Organization
