What You Will Do: Collaborate closely with Product, Design, and QA to iterate on the life cycle of our productTurn flat UI/UX designs and style guides into functional user interfacesBuild extremely performant components, while being mindful of cross-browser compatibility and performance issues for both desktop and mobile platformsOptimization is a challenge you’ll gladly acceptUnderstand design patterns and write reusable, modular codeBe excited about new web technologies/techniquesParticipate in peer code reviews, we encourage frequent and open feedbackHave a say by contributing to architectural discussionsParticipate in Daily standup, sprint planning, paired programming, unit testing, and retrospectivesYou will improve the team, company, and culture What You Will Need: 3-5+ years of experience in software engineering, preferably in a high-growth product tech organizationThorough understanding of React.js, its core principles, patterns, and best practicesStrong proficiency in everything JavaScript-related (Cordova experience a huge plus)Ability to understand business requirements and translate them into technical requirementsDemonstrate a solid understanding of core engineering principlesFamiliarity with modern software engineering practices and continuous integration and deliveryComfortable working in a tech-driven environment with the ability to coordinate across several key stakeholder groupsExperience leading and owning projects from beginning to endEnthusiasm for constant learning and strengthening of your craftYou are detail and results-oriented with excellent problem-solving skills4+ years of applicable industry experience preferred Benefits: 30 days of paid leave/year on b2byearly bonusmedical package (FTE)RSU plan (FTE)
