We’re looking for a experienced Full Stack Developer who’s not scared of wearing many hats at once. What will you do as a Full Stack Developer? Develop AlohaCamp.com platform both from BE and FE perspective (80% of the time). Help the Customer Support team with technical issues (up to 20% of the time). Analyze and evolve system architecture of high volume application. Perform code review and provide feedback to ensure code quality. Build high quality, scalable, testable and high-performance software using Agile practices. Work in a small, agile team. Influence and guide the direction of our products and technology choices. What we’re looking for: Focused and goal oriented individuals wanting to join a hot startup. Can-do attitude & proactive approach – you tend to look for solutions, not only identify problems. 3+ years of commercial PHP experience, 1+ year of commercial Go experience Experience in JS (ES6), Next.js (SSR), React.js. Experience in designing architecture of Single Page Applications. Experience with consuming & creating RESTful APIs. Experience with software engineering best practices (code reviews, continuous integration, continuous deployment). Testing (unit, functional, e2e) and debugging skills. Great problem-solving & communication skills. Fluent Polish (at least B2). Nice to have: Experience in implementing real-time (e.g. websockets, polling, etc.) web apps. Experience with Docker, Kubernetes and Amazon Web Services. Experience in creating apps in React Native for iOS and Android. Excellent knowledge of HTML5, CSS3 and Responsive Web Design (RWD) / Mobile-First. An eye for design and experience with Figma, Sketch, Abstract, Photoshop, or similar. Experience with implementing and working with Design Systems. Experience in leading some of the SCRUM meetings (and e.g. managing sprint velocity). English proficiency (at least B1/B2).
