Full Stack Developer - Remote in Bucuresti

<p>AAAtraq is an InsurTech company. We are the first intelligence-driven Risk Control Service that shields organizations from litigation. Our automation delivers auditing that immediately clarifies risk, a modelling engine that proactively directs mitigation actions, and protection underpinned with on-hand legal expertise and insurance.</p> <p>We are looking for an experienced Full Stack Developer to join our remote team. Ideally, you will have a track record of 3+ years creating modern web apps and delivering high-quality software that is secure, reliable, and maintainable.</p> <h4>What will you be doing?</h4> <ul> <li>Working as part of a small, collaborative, and 100% remote team.</li> <li>Defining and prioritising requirements in a fast-paced startup environment.</li> <li>Maintaining the current codebase.</li> <li>Implementing new features and improvements.</li> <li>Adhering to Accessibility standards and best practices.</li> <li>Optimising applications for robustness, scalability, and great user experience.</li> </ul> <h4>Please apply if you have the following:</h4> <ul> <li>3+ years of commercial experience.</li> <li>High proficiency in HTML5, CSS, and Javascript.</li> <li>Strong knowledge of Python and the Django web framework.</li> <li>Good understanding of Web Accessibility.</li> <li>Strong knowledge of Git and Linux.</li> <li>Excellent spoken and written English with the ability to communicate technical details clearly.</li> </ul> <h4>Great if you also have experience with:</h4> <ul> <li>Building scalable SaaS web apps.</li> <li>SQL databases.</li> <li>Node.js.</li> <li>AWS infrastructure.</li> </ul> <p>This is a 100% remote role so you can be based anywhere in the UK or further afield, however, we ask that you can be available for a daily call 0900-0930 UK local time and other calls during UK office hours.</p> <p>Our interview process consists of an initial call (15-20 mins approx.) to find out a bit more about you and tell you more about the role and company.
