Position:As a full stack Node.js / AWS Serverless Developer, you will be working on a Logistics software doing both Node.js for back end with React frontend development. The core product is made to show analytics based on many data points which are loaded through a RESTful API. Candidate should be ready to overlap at least 1-2 hours of his working time with EST time zone (Florida). Responsibilities include but are not limited to: Work with Node.js to further develop product Work with backend POSTGRESQL database. Required to know SQL well to be able to get data out of the system Work with AWS Serverless technologies as well as other hosted technologies such as Elastic Search Work with React.js for front end development Work with Mapping API to produce different maps for the project Understand the Business requirements and adjust to new frameworks or added on API Participate in quality assurance for new features and products. The ideal candidate has the following skills and qualifications: Ability to problem solve quickly in a dynamic environment Willing to learn and go between different programming languages and frameworks throughout a day Analyze and give feedback on business analysis. Help with architecture. Associated work experience in the following areas is an added plus: 1 - 3 years’ experience in Node.js 1 - 3 years’ experience in POSTGRESQL 1 - 3 years’ experience in AWS Serverless technologies 1 - 3 years’ experience in React.js Experience with Mapping API such as Mapbox is a Plus BI and/or Reporting Experience is a Plus
