Job DescriptionYour life at UbiAs Team Lead of the Data Web Development team, you should guide our developers that are taking care of data visualization solutions towards a common development stack and practice. Our portfolio contains several websites that display data, including an in-house developed reporting solution but also integrating market reporting solutions such as Tableau and MicroStrategy.You will be in charge of coordinating the design, delivery and operations of our web stack solution around data visualization.This solution will enable our Ubisoft Data Office teams as well as contributors from other Ubisoft teams to expose their data for visualization.Your main mission:Coordinate and participate in development activities: technical design/ architecture, database design, unit testing, technical documentationEnsure the fulfillment of non-functional requirements: scalability, performance, security, maintenance, etc.Design functionalities; manage multi-level architecture within highly complex systemsWork together with the development team, project managers and product managers to define priorities, build the roadmap and estimate the effortGuide team development efforts towards successful project delivery, by communicating ideas, issues, status, and outcomes within the project teamAdhere to high-quality development principles while delivering solutions on-time and on-budgetProvide technical leadership to teammates through coaching and mentorshipIdentify and encourage areas for growth and improvement within the team and assist in promoting a positive engineering and team cultureThe professional value you bring:Previous experience in an IT professional environment as a Software DeveloperPrior experience in a technical leadership positionStrong knowledge of either ASP.NET MVC, C#, .Net Framework, .Net Core, Entity Framework and REST ApiStrong knowledge on client-side technologies (HTML, CSS, JavaScript, Angular 2+)Strong knowledge in database architecture and design (MSSQL)Strong knowledge of OOP and OOD, n-tier applications, distributed applications, SOAExperience working in high-performing teams through the entire development lifecycleNice-to-haveDevOps skills: Version control tools (GIT), Container Management tools (Dockers, Kubernetes),Experience in developing Data Visualization featuresExperience in delivering data solutionsAbout usUbisofts 19.000 team members, working across more than 40 locations around the world, are bound by a common mission to enrich players lives with original and memorable gaming experiences.
