We help organisations reimagine the way they work so they can focus on impact. We’re looking for an exceptional Lead Functional Consultant to join our growing team. Your role will be to lead a team of functionality experts for the CRM and Website products that we work with, working with the clients to understand their business processes and to perform solution design. You and your team will run discovery workshops with clients, following our implementation process to gather their requirements. Using your extensive knowledge of the products and by working with the product team you will ideate solutions redesigning client organisations workflows into efficient processes with the technology to support them. Once approved you and your team will be hands on with configuring and customising the solutions whilst also working closely with our product teams to implement new features. As the lead of this team, your focus will be on ensuring your team has what they need to deliver high quality work to clients, adhering to best practice. You will manage your team’s workload distribution and resource allocation, ensuring Compuco’s business needs are incorporated into the team’s planning approach.
