Functional Team Leader Hardware Quality Assurance in Ghimbav

For our location in Ghimbav we are currently looking for aFunctional Team Leader Hardware Quality Assuranceresponsabilities: Coordinate the international team of HW Quality Assurance Engineers ( Romania, Germany, China);Mentor the subordinates colleagues;Contributes to continuous improvement of Hardware processes;Ensures adherence of the Hardware processes to development standards;Planning and execution of internal hardware project audits (Automotive SPICE, IATF, etc.);Allocate the subordinate colleagues on projects, in accordance with the defined strategy;Establish the priority of the execution of the tasks for subordinates and take measures to streamline their activity;Check and contribute to the preparation of the accompanying documentation of the products made by the subordinate teams;Provides technical support for advanced difficult situations encountered in team projects;Contributes to improving the quality of professional training of subordinate employees;Planning and execution of product related internal Hardware Milestone Acceptances;Planning and monitoring the execution of performed reviews on the Hardware relevant work products;Planning and monitoring of project related KPIs focused on the Hardware development. requirements: Completed studies in electrical engineering, telecommunication engineering, informatics or comparable qualification;Good knowledge of English in spoken and written words;Strong communication skills, especially with developers, managers and customers;Excellent presentation skills;Willingness to travel;Flexibility;Independency in performing work-related tasks;Good negotiation skills; Bonus skills/Qualifications: Practical experience in Quality management, ideally in the role of an auditor;Practical experience in project management;Practical experience in hardware development;Hands-on experience with hardware development process, process models and Automotive SPICE.
