Essential skills:  Fluent in Figma and Adobe range of products Requirements: Understanding of user experience concepts and interaction design Understanding of design systems, the mobile environment and responsive design Fluent in Figma and Adobe range of products Theoretical knowledge of front-end code HTML, CSS, JS to understand limitations of development Excellent verbal and written communication skills with strong attention to detail and the ability to interact professionally with a diverse group, executives, managers, and subject matter experts Up-to-date with the latest UI trends, techniques and technologies Strong teamwork, co-ordination and planning skills Must be self-driven and able to work within a fast paced and dynamic organization Ability to deal with uncertainty and handle pressure whilst solving problems Illustrating design ideas using storyboards and process flows Gathering and evaluating user requirements, in collaboration with product managers and engineers Develop game interface mockups and prototypes, including interaction and animations for interfaces behaviour to clearly articulate how the game works and feels Have good attention to details Carry out presentations and explain design decisions with strong and valid arguments Responsibilities: In the awesome role of Game Interface designer you will work in direct relation with the Head of Design and together with a talented team of fellow designers. You will also work side by side and back to back with development teams, product team and different stakeholders and you will play a key role in ensuring our products quality, experience and design. You will work on designing live casino games and other navigation parts of the game interface for mobile and desktop , creating design solutions that enable excellent customer experiences in their journey starting from opening the games menu and finishing with exciting winning message. Your main duties and responsibilities will include, but are not limited to: Working with Product, Marketing, Operations, Technology and any additional internal and external stakeholders, as the main point of contact for design requirements and preparing design specifications/acceptance criteria; Optimise existing game interface designs, functionality and features; Develop prototypes that illustrate player’s experience , game interaction and navigation to create compelling and enjoyable game experiences; Communicate with product stakeholders to understand their business goals and objectives; Develop design requirements which strive to deliver intuitive and player solutions; Conduct competitor analysis and game audits; Participate in Team Ceremonies such as Daily Stand-Ups, System Demo’s and Retrospectives – as the person responsible for design requirements and acceptance criteria; Contribution to our Casino Product Vision & Roadmap – your passion for product and providing an exceptional customer experience, particularly for mobile/web product features, UX & UI and developing innovation should be conveyed as product feature proposals for our roadmap; Innovation is welcomed – defining and recommending Casino Product specific innovation of new technologies and features is highly appreciated.
