Partner Management & Channel (PMC) Excellence Specialist
Role Overview:
The Partner Management & Channel (PMC) Excellence Specialist contributes to driving profitable growth in all territories Philips is collaborating with Distributors. The PMC Specialist reports to the PMC Excellence Manager and contributes to an impactful and standardized approach towards our Partners. The PMC Excellence Specialist runs special PMC projects independently.
Key Responsibilities & Competencies:

Drive assigned PMC projects (e.g. EU-MDR, Partner Portal, Post Merger integration …).

Supports standard work on Distributor Evaluation and Classification (rating system)

Co-drives Distributor Development & Capabilities

Supports Developing Distributor Training Curriculum (online, L2S, F2F, NPI) together with the MSS, BT, HR etc

Supports Performance management via monthly (funnel management) / quarterly dialogues (Cadence)

Co-Drives Data Quality (SFDC, SAM…) with Sales Excellence Champion

Supports standard work for Distributor Selection and Termination

Co-Drives annual Distributor renewal process across the Market, and secure all Contract Management processes are completed in a timely fashion

ICON Maintenance support

Supports consistent and pro-active communication to Partners (Newsletter, Partner Portal …)

Connects to other indirect Markets for best practice sharing

Supports internal PMC capabilities are developed and improved

Supports local organization and ICM are trained and coached in the use of Philips Partner Management processes and tools

Applies Change Management tools and process

Applies Lean tools and mindset
Requirements:

Bachelor Degree,
-
Experience in sales or in similar position
-
Certified Lean Basic preferred
-
Good knowledge of English
