The Role: Genesys Engineer - L2 Location: London, UK Role type: Inside IR35 Contract(6months +) Job Description: As Genesys L2 engineer, you will be responsible for: Complete 16 WFM RHEL8 server deployment in the Contact Centre Complete Deployment of new Workflow management Servers in APAC Complete Evergreening of 8 SBC model in APAC and EMEA Qualifications - External Candidate should be at least a graduate in any discipline with 7-8 years of experience. Self-driven, proactive and the ability to work under pressure to deliver results within timescales with quality. Ability to prioritize and deliver service, to agreed service levels, within a diverse and constantly changing technical environment.
