Basic administration experience of MS Active Directory users & groups, policies and management concepts
Troubleshoot MS Active Sync
Proven technical skills in Microsoft Windows desktop operating systems and business productivity applications
Excellent skills in user IT infrastructure – Desktops, Laptops, Printers, Handhelds, Smartphone etc.
To provide technical support; answering support queries remote via phone, ServivceNow and email.
Respond to inquiries from clients and help them resolve any hardware or software problems.
Support of Windows and MS Office products incl. but not limited to MS Word, MS Excel, MS Outlook, MS PowerPoint
To escalate more complex service issues to the relevant next level IT personnel.
Remote support for Setup of Desktop IP Phones
Setups of iPad, iPhone and Android devices
Work can be done from home during the pandemics period.
