At Magnit, you’ll work with passionate colleagues who collaborate and deliver meaningful results that positively transform the largest companies around the globe.     About the Role: The primary aspect of the role will be to manage, mature and expand Magnit’s relationships across our global supplier network, focused on the EMEA & APAC regions. The Supplier Relations Specialist will provide support to the Global Services Team as required, an ability to multitask and prioritise whilst providing excellent client service is vital. As our clients operate globally, the role will involve working with suppliers, colleagues and clients all over the world, so a consideration of different time zones and working practices/cultures is essential. A typical day may involve multiple supplier calls, researching new suppliers in key markets and countries, providing support on benchmarking requests, supporting new client implementations and working on department projects. What You Will Do: ·        Supplier Relationship Management – build & maintain supplier relationship, and develop a deep understanding of Magnit’s supplier network ·        Approved Supplier List (ASL) – maintain the Global ASL on an ongoing basis ·        Supplier Sourcing – create market maps as required to aid global expansion of Magnit’s supplier network ·        Market Research - develop expert knowledge of key markets for Magnit and act as a Subject Matter Expert internally ·        Support Departmental Projects and Initiatives – such as organising supplier events, contributing to content production and our supplier awards process ·        Maintain & Update the Global Supplier Relations Standard Operating Procedure (SOP) and any other tools & technologies used, such as the VMS ·        Implementations – act as the main conduit between Global Supplier Relations and Magnit’s Implementation team for global projects ·        Coordinating Benchmarking requests ·        Events – support supplier events across the region, such as Regional Supplier Forums, this would include planning and delivery of events ·        Providing support to department Directors ·        Travel – some infrequent travel may be required, (less than 5%) ·        Support Manager & Director in guiding Client Services Teams on supplier adoption strategies, supplier capabilities and recommendations ·        Adhoc Projects, as requested by department management What You Will Need: ·        Experience of working in a similar Supply Chain role and/or deep knowledge of MSP, RPO, SoW, Staffing & Outsourcing ·        Fluent in both English and German at a professional level ·        Experience of working in a fast-paced environment within a global business ·        Must have good customer service, administrative and organisational skills ·        Commercially savvy ·        Strong IT skills – Outlook, Word and Excel (ability to review, manipulate and present data) ·        Knowledge of Recruitment and Employment Legislation (eg.
