German-Speaking Customer Service Representative in Sibiu

We are seeking a bilingual customer service agent who is fluent in both English and German. As a customer service agent, you will be responsible for providing exceptional support to our English and German-speaking customers. This includes answering inquiries, resolving issues, and ensuring customer satisfaction. To excel in this role, you should have excellent communication skills in both languages and be able to effectively multi-task.
