GL Accountant with English- - - - - - - - - - - -What we’re looking for:Bachelor / Master in Finance & Accounting or proven working experience in Finance & Accounting Processes;Advanced level of English;Experience in working with a complex stakeholders environment;Min. 3 years of experience in Accounting processes;Attention to details;Analytical and logical thinking, with initiative;Proactive;The GL Accountant will:Performs critical control and preparation tasks to justify and review monthly accounts and close books on time;Validates all deliverables from his/her cycle(s) produced by all actors (CBS, Conduent and related processes) included auxiliary accounting, specifically account reconciliations and justifications;Performs accounting cycle reviews of one or several cycles in accordance with deadlines and accounting standards (Group and Local);Delivers feedback to CBS Company(ies) Leader and Chief accountant before company result validation and sending reporting package to consolidation team;Manages the daily relationship with the subcontractor following day-to-day activities and performance, supervising the escalation process, and providing the necessary validations for operational deliverables,Initiates and conducts operational action plan with the various actors (CBS, Conduent and related processes) to correct malfunctions and achieve the KPI, TCCI (Internal Control Compliance Rate) and SLA targets within his/her remit;For all cycle-related questions acts as main contact of CBS Company(ies) Leader;Provides all the necessary assistance and data to the auditors or tax/regulatory controllers from his (her) cycle(s) and ensures their certifications without qualified opinion or absence of anomalies;Contributes to and participates in cycle(s) progress and cycle-related processes,Implements the validated standards in all his/her activities and proposes best practices to develop future standards.May also play the role of Key User in a defined scope (tool, module, sub-process …) and upon the manager’s decision.
