In this amazing role, you can make your mark by supporting multinational business, ensuring Order Acceptance criteria are met for all countries. You will produce quotations utilizing a proprietary database, reviewing for accuracy in pricing, discounts and product list. You will manage large inventories, validating inventories at renewal. Direct modification of existing contract base, set up conversions of multinational flexible packaged support services ensuring resulting invoice accuracy. Provide direction to internal business partners who relay instructions to HPE organizations in other countries. How you’ll make your mark:

• You will ensure that all approvals, authorizations, and terms and conditions are included with the request

• You will ensure that country specials are taken into consideration, such as local addendums (CPAs)

• You will have to ensure linkage with NC Credit analyst and confirms credit check/limit for NC and all DCs (GI and Crossborder)

• You will be the one obtain multivendor pricing from delivery country

• You will complete the revised Global Order Acceptance Checklist for all countries

• You will be responsible for Quality Checks

• You will ensure T&Cs are signed (provides template to the customer, fills in where applicable and possible if standard T&Cs

• You will engage CPA Coordinators for CPAs templates if necessary

• You will ensure that specific documents are needed where templates are available, fill it in and sends it for approval / signature

• You will complete RRC form and obtain approvals from Finance (where applicable)

Completed required details in the cross border form and obtains cross border invoicing approval

• You will receive quote/amendment/early renewal requests from Triage Focal point or sales representative

About you:

• Bachelor's degree in Business Management (or similar) or equivalent experience

• High-level administrative and overall documentation and information management skills; leading and overseeing the work of teams to perform tasks

• Proficient in multiple word processing, spreadsheet, and presentation software packages

• Expert user of electronic sales documentation, order management, and bid and quote systems and tools, including report building and design, regular and ad hoc reporting and data search

• Expert understanding of basic and advanced order processes, systems configurations and documentation requirements; able to identify and suggest areas for improvement.

• Strong written and verbal communication skills; mastery in English and local language.

• Ability to effectively communicate issues and negotiate resolution with local, group and senior management.
