You will support global projects that are exciting, complex and of a varied nature. You will support a virtual team per project and will have to support people to deliver against competing priorities and changing landscapes. Your strong leadership, administrative and interpersonal skills will be the key to your success in delivering projects.What you will be doing: Creating and maintaining all project related documentation in collaboration with the PMO.Maintain a global project calendar and resource tracking.Coordination of meetings, taking minutes and following up with the responsible parties. Assist in planning projects as well as updating the plans and other related documentation i.e. RIAD log.Assist in resolving issues related to different projects.Support the demand management function with the collection of the requirements and the feasibility study. You are responsible for stakeholder management as well as communicating on time and effectively to all relevant parties in the project.You will deliver key project documentation as part of your communication toolset.You will collaborate with different teams with different competencies across different disciplines.You are giving structure and collaboration to the teams you work with.You create roadmaps together with the rest of the PMO in order to deliver company strategy and deliverables.You will deliver projects within a team that is open, is built on trust and delivers with collaboration and enthusiasm. Who we're looking for: You have experience in supporting projects successfully in different disciplines in IT from an administrative level.You are a master of supporting multiple projects and being super pedantic around the detail and delivery of documentation and deadlines.You understand Agile concepts, and preferably already had a chance to work with various project delivery tools.You are experienced with working in larger tech companieYou have a relevant tertiary education that supports you in supporting key projectYou can support projects using both Agile and waterfall philosophies where required/You are fluent in English.
