Join our team and be part of a dynamic, exciting and engaging business, so we can discover What’s next together!Principal AccountabilitiesEnsure the delivery of country synergy target and build the methodology to be followedAnalyze, monitor and report to the leadership the evolution of the countries’ deliverables and adherence to global processes & complianceBuild strong relationships with the stakeholders from all countries covered to ensure buy-in and understanding of processes and procedures for the procurement function as well supervise the deliverables action planBe the interface between the Ayvens countries and Central Procurement team, enabling the spend centralization and steeringDefine and implement global governance structure; identify opportunities for process optimization, standardization and automation within the procurement functionProvide regular and ad hoc data analysis, reports and statistics (global spend, suppliers, synergies, KPIs, compliance reports) while overseeing the Indirect analytics team to provide data accuracy and efficiency expectedProvide senior leadership overview on the achievements and global action plan on deliverables, through recurrent global reviewsProject manage effectively: stakeholder management, governance, issues resolution, risk management, change control and compliance, board reviews, project charter, action plan etcDevelop strategic ways to enable the synergy delivery and surpass any potential roadblocksExtract the essence of the global transformation milestones and get the necessary support to secure the collaboration and communication between countries/ entitiesThis role may require travelKnowledge, Skills & ExperienceMaster degree in either Business Administration/Economics/ Engineering or equivalent professional qualificationProfessional qualification in procurement or FP&A would be an advantage.At least 3 years of procurement/project management experienceExperience in process implementationFluent in English languageCompetencies & BehavioursInitiative: does things proactively and demonstrates strong sense of responsibility & accountabilityBusiness: financial acumen and business relationships building; deep data manipulation and analysis skillsCommunication: Excellent communication, writing, reporting and presentation skillsHighly analytical and data-driven mindset with excellent numerical skillsPlanning, Coordinating and Organizing: Effective organisation/ project management of work under own controlOrganisational commitment: successfully promote organisations interests and demonstrate motivation to be part of a results driven environment
