About the role: You will work with our VP, Total Reward and two Reward Partner colleagues to help shape our Reward programs to ensure that we have a sustainable and best-in-class offering. This role will have a global remit and will offer a huge opportunity for professional growth as well as the space to create and innovate. It will report to the VP, Reward but will work under the guidance of the more senior Reward Partners when supporting projects they are leading.What you will do: Put diversity and inclusion at the heart of everything you doBe our team data expert: use advanced Excel/Google Sheet skills along with a high attention to detail to undertake modelling and analysis, and to build Reward tools to model or run Reward programsUse your knowledge of Reward, market practices and your data accuity to help shape our Reward programs, and an approach of continuous improvement to build on the experience we’re delivering to MambuviansSupport the review and redesign of our global benefits programs: input to ideas, assist with option/vendor explorations and market research, contract processing and information security reviewsSupport the management and administration of our Mambu share programs, including maintaining accurate data in our share administration system and supporting the launch of this systemSupport the development of our Mambu Career Framework, working with People Partners and business stakeholders to help build out function-specific skills/competency frameworksTake the lead on Reward projects/workstreams as needed, defining timelines, stakeholders and key outcomesAssist the management of our Reward budget by tracking invoices and spend against budgetBe a true business partner: have a desire to understand the business environment and work closely with People Team colleagues to provide a great experience for our internal customersBe the data lead on BAU Reward activities, including pay increase cycles, benchmarking and salary surveys, equal pay reviews and variable pay calculations The successful candidate will: Have experience of supporting Reward programs in multiple countries – an understanding of what a “glocal” approach means and appreciation of local market nuances/normsHave experience of running or supporting annual Reward cycles e.g. pay review, variable pay, salary survey completionHave good communication skills, and be comfortable interacting with business stakeholdersHave advanced Excel/GoogleSheets modelling skillsBe a real team player and be confident to bring your perspective to the table – at Mambu we pride ourselves on our collaborative spirit and we believe the best outcomes come from diversity of perspectiveBe comfortable with a fast-paced, and often ambiguous, environmentExperience of employee share plans, including Options, would be advantageous We are a diverse group of Mambuvians, and we are growing fast across 30 countries and 6 continents (not enough banks on Antarctica!).
