Global Supply Chain Director (D&A, PM) - 12 Months ++ - France in Bucuresti

Global Enterprise Partners is currently seeking a Global Director Data & Analytics Product Management, E2E Supply Chain for a client in the FMCG sector based in France. Our client is undergoing a significant Digital Transformation journey, aiming to solve critical problems through Data & Analytics to drive growth and transformation.Responsibilities:Define and manage the Global End-To-End Supply Chain Data & Analytics Strategy, Vision, and Roadmap.Interface with Global, Regional, and Market Operations Leaders to identify and shape the Analytics Product Portfolio.Establish, support, and reinforce transformations to build a data-driven culture.Align with key transformational programs like EOS, OMP/Planning, and SAP S4/ERP.Develop and nurture relationships within the businesses ecosystem.Act as a change agent for shifting from project to product mindset.Partner with Global & Regional Data & Analytics Leadership teams to ensure alignment and consistency.Understand key signature processes and decision-making forums for successful product adoption.Act as a thought leader and organizational coach.Requirements:Strategic inquiry to identify underlying needs of stakeholders.Ability to lead with problems, not tools, to determine scaling versus evolution of products.Experience partnering with Operations leaders, Product Delivery, and functional experts.Strong track record of customer-facing success and business acumen.Knowledgeable in operations research and the data science domain.Experience in delivery management of analytical products.Practitioner experience in Supply Chain & Operations domain preferred.Familiarity with SAP ERP, Azure, SQL, Hive, PowerBI, React, and Digital Twins.Education & Professional Qualifications:Bachelor's degree in Management, Business Administration, STEM subjects, or related field; Master's level advantageous.10-15 years of experience; minimum 5 years in Data & Analytics.Minimum 2 years of Analytics experience in the CPG industry.Start date: [ASAP] Duration: [12 Months + Extensions] Location: FranceIf you are interested in this role, please reach out to Sam Harman by sending an email with the latest version of your CV.
