About the role The Graphic Designer will be an integral part of Amber’s Marketing Department, supporting our corporate and product marketing initiatives through high-quality visual content. The ideal candidate has a strong design foundation, a sharp eye for aesthetics, and a passion for storytelling through design.This role focuses primarily on 2D digital designs for campaigns, social media, and corporate marketing, as well as print materials for conferences, industry events, and internal communications. In addition, the Graphic Designer will have opportunities to contribute creatively to special campaigns, support video editing projects, and create visually engaging PowerPoint presentations for internal and external use.The Quest:Create visually compelling assets for digital marketing campaigns, social media, web, email, presentations, and in-house branding efforts.Design print materials such as event booths, banners, flyers, brochures, and signage for conferences and gaming industry events.Build and enhance company presentation decks in PowerPoint, ensuring clarity, visual polish, and alignment with brand identity.Collaborate closely with the marketing and communications teams to ensure visual consistency across all brand touchpoints.Participate in brainstorming and concept development for creative campaigns and activations.Provide creative input and contribute to art direction for one-off special campaigns or larger-scale brand initiatives.Assist with light video editing for marketing content, primarily for social media platforms (Instagram Reels, TikTok, YouTube Shorts, promo clips, .Prepare and package files for production and print, ensuring color accuracy, formatting, and branding guidelines are respected.Maintain and organize the creative asset library and ensure proper file versioning and archiving.Stay up to date on design trends, gaming aesthetics, and digital marketing best practices.The Skills:3–5 years of professional experience in graphic design, preferably in a marketing or agency environment.Strong portfolio demonstrating 2D design capabilities across digital and print formats.Proficient in Adobe Creative Cloud Suite, especially Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign; familiarity with After Effects or Premiere Pro is a plus.Advanced PowerPoint skills, with experience building high-impact, visually engaging decks for corporate communications and presentations.Solid understanding of layout, typography, color theory, and design principles.Experience working within brand guidelines and contributing to the evolution of a visual identity.Comfortable managing multiple design projects simultaneously and meeting deadlines.A collaborative team player with great communication skills and openness to feedback.Experience in the gaming industry or an interest in games and game culture is a major plus.Fluent in English; other languages (such as Spanish) are a plus.Nice to have: Creative and solution-oriented mindsetStrong visual storytelling skillsAttention to detail and quality-focusedOpen to experimentation and new ideasComfortable working independently and within a teamAdaptable to feedback and direction changesCurious and passionate about branding and marketing designThe Reward: Competitive project-based compensation. Opportunity to work on exciting and diverse projects Clear communication and support throughout the project duration.Flexibility in project timelines and deadlines.Potential for long-term collaboration on future projects.Transparent and fair evaluation of your work.
