We are currently looking for an engineer with extensive experience in renewable energy solutions to join our Energy Efficiency Team, as GREEN SOLUTIONS PROJECT MANAGER. What will you do: You will be responsible for the development (technical solutions, quotation and technical assistance in implementation) of green and energy efficiency projects (photovoltaic, cogeneration, energy performance contracts, recharging stations etc.) within the deadlines and budgets established in the contracts; You will prepare project reports and analyzes and you will conduct the elaboration of the necessary technical documentation; You will conduct studies to identify technical solutions with cogeneration systems and renewable energies; You will develop engineering solutions for project modifications of existing systems; You will coordinate the subcontracted engineering activities and you will approve their works; You will prepare the budget for systems execution to obtain necessary internal/external approvals; You will conduct the design of systems within the limits of design requirements, codes, standards, authorizations or other restrictions of the applicable law; You will perform equivalence analyses for replacement components of those initially installed in the systems; You will analyze and prepare offers from a technical and financial point of view; You will ensure the coordination, implementation and monitoring, as well as the specialized technical assistance during the execution of the works on site for the designed systems; You will provide specialized technical support to other departments (Procurement, Commercial, Implementation, Maintenance, Operation, Facility Management); You will propose modifications of the initial projects taking into account the non-conformities in the field, as the case may be; You will provide professional technical assistance for assembly, execution and PIF; You will constantly check the stage of realization of the projects and the allocation of the necessary resources; You will initiate and implement measures to improve and develop the managed projects; You will ensure the management of quality complaints from the beneficiary and you will identify measures to eliminate and prevent non-conformities; You will provide support for obtaining and maintaining all the authorizations and attestations necessary for the development of the managed activities. Desired education, expertise, and skills: Higher technical studies completed with a bachelor's degree, in the field of engineering; ANRE certificate of IIA&IIB electrician; Minimum 3 years experience as Project Manager in an engineering, consulting or service company; Minimum 2 years experience as coordinator in design and execution of photovoltaic projects; Technical and economic expertise; Advanced user of English & Romanian language; Advanced user of dedicated programs such as Project Office, Planner or similar; Advanced user of MS Office Programs (Excel, Word, Power Point) and specific computer-aided design programs; Ability to organize and plan activities; Proactive attitude; Ability to manage multidisciplinary teams; Driving license.
