Click here.Your role in the team will include:Together with product managers, designers and domain experts you rethink insurance and thrive for the best possible experience for our customers.Analyzing and improve the effectiveness, performance, and scalability of our products.Understanding customer needs and problems to build the best solutions.Using Guidewire PolicyCenter, BillingCenter, ClaimCenter to build insurance products and support core insurance processes.Seeking to for 100% automation: Not only for customer processes but also in software delivery, testing and operations.With your team, take ownership of the products you build and continuously work to improve them.We are looking for you if you have:At least 5 years of experience in AWS and KubernetesAt least 4 years of relevant work experience with software development, specifically working with JVM-based languages.2 years of experience working with Guidewire products and Gosu.Having a curious and always questioning status quo.Knowledge of web-scale software architectures and application design.The comfortable feeling of building cloud-native applications. You should choose Aspire becausealmost 50% of all our colleague are on a senior level or higher so there is always someone to learn from,24% of our colleagues have been part of Aspire for longer than 5 years,you can work fully remotely, full-time from the office or in a hybrid model,we understand that introducing time pressure and stress is NOT the way to go,we believe friendly atmosphere, flat company structure and making sure work is fun is what is key to success,we love sports!
