Role: Hardware Asset Manager Type: Full Time Experience: 3+ years Location: London Job Description Manager circa 2k desktop and mobile devices Perform Asset Management True ups reconciling stock with Service Now Preparing Asset Management weekly / monthly reports Attending Weekly / Monthly service reviews Co-ordinate with the customer regarding onboarding of new equipment Maintain sufficient levels of consumables stock items for both Desktop and mobile equipment eg. (headsets/pens/cases/Power Adaptors, charging cables, covers, headphones) Manage repairs and disposal's Stock check new equipment against delivery notes & PO's Work with Desktop/Tech hub agents in retrieving kit from leavers ensuring full reconciliation with Service Now. Manage ongoing daily issues with the Customer and Tech Hub Manager. Prepare demand forecasts for the Asset manager to ensure continuous healthy supply of equipment and peripherals Co-ordinate with 3rd party suppliers ensuring minimal delays in delivery. Triage all stock equipment via Service Now. Tag and inventory new equipment. Key Responsibilities Team Co-ordination, Sharing feedback, Continuous improvement, publishing reports, Client& Internal meetings, Internal/external stakeholder management, Demand Management, Driving performance and meeting SLAs/KPIs. Escalation handling and controlling. Driving CSI, conducting feedback session monthly/quarterly/yearly. Team performance review and Project/Business enhancement planning.
