To find out more about us check: This role is to participate in the development of HMI (Human Machine Interface) products for use in hazardous areas as described on our website at - . This involves both the sustaining activities associated with the current product line, and development of new product. Your main responsibilities: Sustaining existing product portfolio of products from electrical and software integration standpoint. Development of new products to introduce new features, and improve manufacturability/testability. Supports existing product portfolio through design updates as required, for obsolescence and/or changing product compliance requirements. Ensures that different electrical components (. displays, PCBA's, scans, Wi-Fi) are viable and certified solutions for the product. Loads operation systems and installs/updates/troubleshoots drivers for displays or peripherals. Select, qualify, approve, document, and manage purchased components and direct material required to produce an end product. Supports ETO (Engineer to order) project work. Supports the customer to make sure the product documentation is correct. Provides technical support to Operations. Investigates issues and provides solutions. Produces product documentation including work instructions. Produces documentation packs for outsourced assemblies, PCBA's Creates and maintains Engineering data on SAP. Housekeeping of engineering lab – 5S, raising requests for purchase new equipment. May be involved in NPD (new product development). QualificationsYour essential skills we are looking for: Qualified in Electronic or Electrical Engineering. 3-5 years of relevant experience. Technical knowledge of electronic components functionality, drivers installation.
