LET’S TALK ABOUT YOUYour profile:* Hands-on mentality with more than 8-10 years of professional experience, of which at least 3-5 years in leading a Finance or Accounting team in an international organisation as well as ideally having some years of experience in a senior role in an accounting firm.* BA/BS/Master’s Degree in Business or Accounting/Finance or equivalent professional accreditation.* A degree in accounting or comparable certification is preferred (e.g., CPA, FCCA, CECCAR)* Proven track record in people management, building and motivating strong sustainable and high performing teams.* Teamworking attitude and the ability to work in a multinational environment.* Proven experience in change management and transformation of organisational structure and processes.* Strong stakeholder networking ability and communications skills as well as eager and curious motivation to learn and actively seek feedback impulses from inside and outside the organization.* Excellent communication and presentation skills; ability to effectively present information and respond to questions from team members and leaders; ability to translate requirements into working solutions.* Strong networking ability and communications skills as well as eager and curious motivation to learn and actively seek feedback impulses from inside and outside the organisation.* Excellent knowledge of accounting principles, in particular with regards to IFRS. Knowledge of Local/ Romanian GAAP is a must.* Passionate and capable to drive digitalization as enabler for transformation.* Proven knowledge of SAP, Microsoft Excel/Power Point and BI Tools* Good understanding and knowledge of shareholder controlling topics as well as tax principles is preferred.* Sound knowledge of accounting & closing activities; having experiences with tax and controlling activities is highly appreciated.* Excellent communication skills in English, German is a plus.Your responsibilities:* Accountable that the financial books and records are maintained in compliance with Siemens Energy Financial Reporting guidelines, IFRS and Local GAAP* Prepare the local statutory financial statements and ensuring that all additional statutory reporting requirements are adhered to.
