WHAT YOU’LL DOYou'll participate in strategy and up-leveling our Email Marketing function.You'll manage a team that maintains all aspects of Email Marketing for a set of domains.Create and maintain automated multichannel campaigns via email, push, SMS.Analyze and report on campaigns.Optimize existing flows.Support and develop Email Marketing Infrastructure.You'll collaborate with product and development teams to deliver customer-focused engaging campaigns that align with business objectives. You'll drive a clear vision of the future of Email Marketing in the company. WHAT WE EXPECT FROM YOU · Leadership experience (Email, CRM, Retention, Direct marketing spheres), managing at least 4-5 team members.· You have a solid understanding of Email Marketing principles: data analytics, contacts base hygiene and segmentation, deliverability know-how.· You are a leader that cares about the well-being of your team and empowers them to make decisions and develop their skills.· You have experience in building and optimizing efficient Email/Retention processes.· You combine skills in marketing, product marketing, design and tech.· You have an excellent ability to present, sell your ideas, and build support.
