Our client is looking for a manager who contributes directly to the sustainability of the company as Head (m/f/d) of Global Demand & Capacity Management Tasks Global responsibility for harmonization, standardization, and monitoring of S&OP and production planning processesDevelopment and implementation of global demand and capacity strategies and a professional S&OP structureContinuous improvement of existing and implementation of new processes and toolsAnalysis and optimization of stock in close cooperation with production plants and warehouses worldwide Requirements Technical or business degreeProfound experience in the area of S&OP/ demand planning in an international environmentLeadership experience in supply chain positions at an industrial company Good digital knowhow and knowledge in data analyticsLong-term experience in working with planning tools and ERP systems (preferably SAP)Very good skills in EnglishTrustworthy person living in Germany, Switzerland, or Romania Our client offers an attractive salary including a company car and modern workplaces in a professional and innovative environment.
