Job DescriptionHR lead for Publicis Re:Sources RO. Responsible for the delivery of HR activities - hiring, employee engagement, employee relations, performance improvement, training and groupe-wide initiatives. Provide daily support to direct reports in the delivery of their work as well as their professional development. To ensure that the HR department’s practice is in line with Janus (Publicis Groupe Policies), in addition to audit and compliance activities. To act as escalation to the Publicis Groupe RO Brands, ensure that SLAs and KPIs are met.Team Management Ensure regular one-to-one meetings are arranged to provide support, feedback on performance and update the HR team members on any changes.Perform the evaluation process in Career Conversations at given periods.Advisory Point of contact for advice regarding Re:Sources procedure of Disciplinaries, Raising Concerns (Grievances), Probations, Redundancies, Terminations, Transfers, etc.Provide guidance and support with any follow up documentation from processes such as formal complaints, performance improvement plans and disciplinaries. Interpreting and communicating appropriately with managers and employees company policy and legislation.Engaging with employment legal when necessary, and following advice accordingly.Preparing for annual audits – internal and external – then acting of the recommendations.HR Operations (all Brands including ReSources) Ensure contract templates used are Groupe approved (by Employment Lawyer) and agreed with Agency representative. Ensure the templates are maintained and updated when necessary.In addition, work on the automation for Re:Sources On-boarding via our HRIS tool. Document Review and Creation (all Brands including ReSources)Review & approve all contracts and changes in terms and conditions letters for Publicis RO staff (If needed) produce paperwork for contractual changes for employees.Payroll Monthly Actions (all Brands including ReSources)Review and check payroll actions for Publicis RO staff.Action any complex adhoc actions for payroll process.Responsible for pre-final sign off for monthly payroll.Other DutiesSupporting the Regional HR Director in any ad hoc projects.Ensure a sound understanding of, demonstrate commitment to & comply with all legislation & Publicis Groupe Policies (Janus) relevant to your role & all activities undertaken in that role.Actively develop and maintain strong working relationships with all Re:Sources personnel both at a interpersonal level and across all business processes within the wider business environment.Develop and maintain strong working relationships and communication with the Re:Sources RO Head of Finance, Heads of Department, Finance and Controlling teams.QualificationsExperience/Qualifications/CertificationsSignificant work experience in a managerial HR role.Ability to give appropriate advice on a range of HR best practices whilst being empathetic, supportive and risk adverse.Experience of being in a standalone, fast paced and varied HR generalist role.Preferable Shared Service Centre experience. Knowledge & Skills (including technology) Employment law & HR best practiceHR policies and proceduresStrong Microsoft office skillsExcellent time management, prioritisation and multi-tasking.Strong Communication skills with all levelsAbility to analyse and display sound judgment over complex and sensitive matters.Fluent spoken and written EnglishAdditional InformationAs part of our dedication to create an inclusive and diverse workforce, Publicis Groupe is committed to equal access to opportunity for people without regard to race, age, sex, disability, neurodiversity, sexual orientation, gender identity or religion. As a Publicis Re:Sources employee, an array of benefits are offered. The learning opportunities are endless and you will be a part of a game-changing and world-class organisation that encourages outside-the-box thinking and empowerment to know that the world is your oyster when it comes to your career.
