Aeris is expanding its global service operations and support center by establishing a Network Engineering and Service Delivery function in Romania. This is where you come in. As the Head of the Network Engineering and Service delivery, you will assure that Aeris’ partners are able to reliably deliver value to their customers through the Aeris platform so that they can leverage the full potential of our service offerings. You will help build and lead the Aeris Network Engineering and Service Delivery function. You should be passionate about delivering highly available and high performing services to partners and customers and be relentless in driving the outcomes that deliver on the Aeris services value.   Responsibilities Recruit high quality talent and build and develop an effective Engineering organization Establish a team and working practices that are aligned with Aeris' global Engineering practices. Collaborate and align with other Aeris leaders on continuous improvement projects, best practices, and new innovations. Ensure that the Engineering team and Service Delivery team are delivering against its key performance indicators that are tied to business outcomes. Define metrics to measure success of your teams and drive continuous improvements to meet their KPIs. Communicate effectively at the executive level with partners and customers, and manage escalations Ensure clear, concise, and timely communication to customers Promote operations and engineering best practices with a continuous drive toward service efficiency and improvements Serve as part of the Network Operations leadership team, and collaborate with global peers in a matrix organization Promote innovation to manage, support, and maintain cost and quality as the number of services and their complexity increase. Drive processes improvements for Engineering and Service Delivery practices for effective outcomes   Requirements Education BSC, MBA or equivalent through experience Industry Experience 10+ years of experience with Web Services and/or telecom networks.
