The ideal candidate • Min. 3 years experience in the automotive field as Quality Manager; •Knowledge of English and/or German - mandatory; •Solid knowledge of ISO 9001; IATF 16949, FMEA, Control Plan, PPAP, 8D; • Well-organized person, oriented towards quality, compliance with established deadlines, with good communication skills, initiative and team spirit; •Good problem-solving skills, analytical, result-oriented person; • Concern for personal and professional development; • Decision-making ability, delegation skills and accountability of others. Job description • Leads and organizes the Quality and Environmental Management department; • Manages and updates the Quality and Environment System (SCM) according to ISO 9001, VDA 6.1, QS 9000, IATF and ISO 14001 respectively; • Presents the initiative in improving the Quality and Environment System; • Coordinates the audit activity according to the standards implemented within the company; • Initiates, coordinates and monitors corrective and preventive actions within the company; • Establishes, together with management, objectives and performance indicators; • Provides support to subordinate quality engineers; • Establishes the quality objectives specific to each fiscal year, in accordance with the BU objectives; • Organizes the activity of document control and quality records control; • Presents periodic and spontaneous reports and analyzes, according to requests from hierarchical superiors; • Responsible for maintaining a favorable climate for the fulfillment of work tasks in the department; • Responsible for identifying the training needs of subordinate staff and ensuring their continuous training; Company description thyssenkrupp Bilstein S.A. is a prestigious multinational company with world renown.
